HOME

Our goal is simple. Yet powerful: Namely, to assist in the creation of Human Service Cooperatives (HSC). And to support those efforts in the most effective, efficient manner possible. Our vision is clear: To support the movement of Self-determination. Self-direction. And Self-empowerment. The kind of empowerment that gives people control of their lives. Power over their choices. And control of their human services. We will support people in their unalienable right to live better, happier, more empowered lives.

To create an environment in which HSC is supported within a compassionate, informative, and responsive network.

In this way, together, human beings help themselves. Such is the power of compassion. The power of freedom. And the power of the individual, amplified.
This is our mission. Our vision. Our promise. And, above all, our passion

Roles
How is a Human Service Cooperative different from a traditional provider?
Unlike a traditional provider, HSCs are owned and controlled by the members and users of its services. Because of this unique characteristic, cooperatives are able to focus on empowerment, Self-determination and on the needs of their members. HSCs are built upon the strength of partnerships with the public and private sector and the principles of the International Cooperative Alliance, ICA.
